1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, operated by 3 Brothers Construction LLC ("3 Brothers," "we," "us," or "our"), and your relationship with us as a prospective or actual customer. By using this website or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms. They don't replace the written contract you sign for actual construction work — where the two conflict for a specific project, your signed contract controls.

2. Estimates Are Not Binding Contracts

Any price, timeline or scope discussed on this website, over the phone, or during a free inspection is a preliminary estimate only. It is not a binding offer and does not create a contract. A project begins only once both parties sign a written proposal or contract setting out the final scope, price and schedule.

3. Scope Changes & Change Orders

Construction projects sometimes reveal conditions that aren't visible until work begins — rotted decking under a roof, moisture behind a wall, and similar issues. Any change to the agreed scope, price or timeline will be documented in a written change order and requires your approval before we proceed with the additional work.

4. Workmanship Warranty

3 Brothers Construction LLC stands behind its work. The specific length and terms of our workmanship warranty for your project are stated in your signed contract, in addition to any separate warranty provided by the manufacturer of the materials installed. Manufacturer warranties are administered by the manufacturer according to their own terms.

5. Insurance Claims

For storm, hail or wind damage projects, we can inspect your property, document damage, and meet with your insurance adjuster to make sure the scope of covered repairs is accurately assessed. We are not public adjusters, we do not negotiate your claim on your behalf, and nothing on this website or provided by our staff constitutes legal or insurance advice. You remain in control of your insurance claim and your relationship with your carrier at all times.

6. Insurance Deductibles

If your insurance claim is approved, your policy's deductible remains your responsibility. It is illegal in Wisconsin for a contractor to waive, absorb, rebate or otherwise "eat" your deductible, and we do not do this. Where available, we can offer financing so your deductible doesn't have to come out of pocket all at once — see Section 7.

7. Financing

Where we offer financing options, financing is provided by an independent third-party lender, not by 3 Brothers Construction LLC. Financing is subject to credit approval and the lender's own terms and conditions. Checking your options typically does not affect your credit score, but any application or acceptance of financing is a matter between you and the lender.

8. Use of This Website

This website is provided for general information about our services and to let you request an estimate. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access it by unauthorized means, interfering with its normal operation, or submitting false or fraudulent information through our forms.

9. Intellectual Property

The text, photos, logos and design of this website are owned by 3 Brothers Construction LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, republish or use our photos, project images or written content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Brothers Construction LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in this section limits any warranty or liability we accept under a signed construction contract for completed work.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Outagamie County, Wisconsin.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of this site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
